Delivery & returns

Because AW is a marketplace, each supplier ships and is the seller of record for their own items. A basket with items from two suppliers becomes two shipments, each with its own delivery method and tracking.

Delivery options and costs are shown per supplier at checkout, and we only offer countries a supplier actually ships to.

Returns follow each supplier’s own policy, shown before you buy and on every product page. Approved refunds are always returned as AW credits.
